• Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary restoration work.
• Develop detailed plans and designs for restoration projects, including material selection, structural changes, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure compliance with local building codes and preservation guidelines.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure that restoration work is performed according to plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Conduct site visits and inspections during all phases of restoration projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5years of experience in historic preservation or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, preservation guidelines, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members from various disciplines.

• Competitive salary of $900 per week for this contract position.
