Surveyor for Land Development Projects in Los Angeles

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data for land development projects in the city. This includes measuring and mapping out land boundaries, conducting topographic surveys, and creating detailed reports based on your findings. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of surveying techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month with accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required for this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor
  • Proficiency with surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
  • Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, including topographic surveys and boundary surveys
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and legal documents
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
  • Biometric passport required for international travel
