The role requires a Bachelor’s in civil/mechanical engineering, 6+ years of experience, and a California PE license (or eligibility within 6 months); experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling is preferred; collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential.
