The Work:

Monitor all on-site field construction activities through project completion

Apply multidisciplinary construction knowledge, methods, and installation techniques

Ensure construction operations follow approved work plans, ASRs, and notification requirements

Develop a thorough understanding of contractual obligations and technical facility requirements

Ensure work is performed and inspected per the latest plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and approved changes

Collaborate with the Design/Builder and stakeholders to plan construction activities, milestones, and priorities

Monitor budgets, staffing needs, and schedule alignment for the defined scope

Oversee manpower, materials, and equipment assignments to maximize efficiency and meet budget goals

Proactively identify risks and take preventative action to meet critical project milestones

Enforce safe, sound construction practices to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost control

Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and clients

Ensure effective implementation of all policies, procedures, and project labor agreement requirements

Participate in coordination meetings and review, negotiate, and resolve contractor change order claims

Onsite at client site:
The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Here's What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
20 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects emphasizing airport concourse scope, airport headhouse scope, or site/civil scope
Experience with projects more than $100 million in value
Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build

Bonus Points If You Have:

Master's degree preferred
Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional licensure and/or certifications
Ability to work in CAD or REVIT preferred

$223,978 - $246,376 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
