Land Surveyor in Los Angeles

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles.

• Conduct topographic boundary and construction surveys as per project requirements
• Operate surveying equipment and ensure accuracy of measurements
• Collect data and prepare maps, plans and reports using computer-aided design CAD software
• Analyze survey data and provide recommendations to clients
  
  Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of all surveys performed

• Bachelors degree in land surveying or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a land surveyor
• Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers and CAD software
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions and boundary lines accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary $1200 per month

This is a full-time position with the option for visa sponsorship for the right candidate. We also offer accommodation for employees who require it.
