Director of Lean/Six Sigma job at ezone staffing LLC. Los Angeles, CA. Education, Certifications, Experience
- Experience in the General Electric and Pratt/Whitney supply chain
- Minimum of a 4-year technical degree in science, statistics, engineering, or quality
- Six Sigma Green Belt through an accredited organization, Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred
- 10 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace, with an excellent track record of business results and increasingly higher levels of responsibility in line operations or engineering leadership roles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading site level continuous improvement efforts and projects using Lean methodologies
- Experience in team development – problem-solving, conflict resolution, building cooperative relationships, and effective communications
