Senior Electrical Engineer – Multiple Levels
Los Angeles, California (Torrance) | Up to $250,000 + Benefits
We're hiring multiple Electrical Engineers across Levels 2, 3, 4 and Principal for a rapidly growing aerospace technology company in Los Angeles.
Don't be put off if you don't have Principal-level experience. We're building the team at multiple levels and can tailor the position, responsibilities and compensation around the individual.
This is an opportunity to join a specialist engineering company that has spent more than 30 years developing advanced sensing and electrical systems for some incredibly challenging applications across air, ground and space.
You'll work in a smaller, highly technical engineering environment where Electrical Engineers remain genuinely hands-on and can have a major influence on the systems they develop.
What You'll Be Working OnDepending on your experience, you'll work across areas including:
- Electrical and electronic system design
- Analog and digital circuit design
- Mixed-signal electronics
- Power electronics and power management
- High-speed interfaces including LVDS, Ser Des, DDR and MIPI
- Embedded processors, FPGAs and sensor electronics
- Electrical integration and system-level testing
- Bring-up, debugging and root-cause analysis
- EMI/EMC and environmental qualification
- Real-world system testing and deployment
We're deliberately keeping the industry background open.
We're interested in Electrical Engineers from a wide variety of technical environments. You could currently be working within Aerospace, Space, Aviation, Electronics Manufacturing, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Automotive, Semiconductors or another complex engineering environment.
The most important thing is that you enjoy being hands-on with Electrical Engineering and have experience designing, building, testing or troubleshooting real physical products and systems.
Experience across any combination of the following would be useful:
- Analog, digital or mixed-signal electronics
- Electrical system integration
- Testing and troubleshooting
- Taking electrical products from design through manufacture and testing
You do not need experience across everything listed above.
Whether you're an established Principal Engineer or earlier in your career and ready for your next step, we'd still like to hear from you.
Up to $250,000 depending on experience and level
- Substantial healthcare subsidy for family
- Automatic 5% company 401(k) contribution – no employee match required
- 3 weeks' vacation from start
- 6 days' sick leave
- Annual paid holidays
- Educational assistance
- Career development and progression opportunities
If you're an Electrical Engineer who wants to remain hands-on, build complex technology and see the systems you design become real products
, we'd like to hear from you.
