- Full Life Cycle High Volume Low Severity Claim resolution
- Personal Lines Property & Small Commercial
- Asbestos and Lead Surveys/Clearances
- Mold and Moisture Surveys/Clearances
- Project Monitoring
- Indoor Air Quality Assessments
- Field Investigations
- Prepare technically accurate and timely reports
- Produce letters and reports detailing the findings of your investigations
- Provide expert opinion/evidence in court/arbitration concerning your written expert testimony
- Provide advice/support to clients in environmental-related matters
- Previous experience in this field as an Environmental
Technician/Specialist - Certifications in the following:
- Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST)
- Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) - beneficial
- Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) - beneficial
- Highly motivated, positive, approachable, and proactive
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) with exceptional attention to detail.
