The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Senior Systems Engineer – Architecture and Requirements in Cameo to join our Tucson, AZ location programs. The SETC organization is an exciting and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and partner with multi-disciplines to shape innovative solutions for our customers. As a Senior Systems Engineer – Architecture and Requirements in Came
o you will be in a technical role contributing directly to the architecture and requirements development and decomposition of complex subsystems, developing the verification approach, and oversight of created verification artifacts. You will engage with cross-functional teams such as Software, Hardware, Safety, Reliability, Quality, and Manufacturing in coordination with the Office of the Chief on a variety of program technical tasks.
Tucson-based programs utilizing Cameo are a collection of rapid development programs resulting in a fast-paced environment that includes missiles and launchers on various ground, air, and vehicle platforms, and gunner training equipment.
This role is fully Onsite in Tucson, AZ

What You Will Do
Create and manage systems architecture, requirements, interface definitions & description documents, system integration, and system verification using Cameo by collaborating with multiple IPTLs and SMEs to obtain necessary design information
Work with Suppliers and the Supply Chain organization for procured items managed through the role of Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for that Assembly
Support flight test activities both in potential field support, telemetry analysis post-flight, and writing test reports
Gain SE technical expertise in development, integration, troubleshooting and failure investigations
Support technical discussions, and formulate plans of action by leveraging company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple engineering disciplines
