Job Title: Creative Producer
Location-Type: Remote (LA area preferred; quarterly onsite in Toluca Lake, CA)

Duration: Permanent
Compensation Range: $85,000 – $105,000 annually
Job Description:
Lead high-value creative production projects within the gaming marketing space, overseeing execution from kickoff through final delivery while managing client communication, budgets, and internal teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Own and lead projects from brief through final asset delivery
- Serve as the primary client point of contact
- Run all internal and external meetings (set agendas, send written recaps)
- Manage timelines, scope, budgets ($100K+), and deliverables
- Monitor project health and proactively flag scope or budget risks
- Oversee and mentor an Associate Producer or Coordinator
- Collaborate with Production Operations on workflow improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, editorial, art, game capture)
- Ensure all feedback is addressed prior to client delivery
- 1–8 years of Creative Producer experience with career progression
- Experience managing $100K+ project budgets
- Strong client-facing experience leading communication and meetings
- Background in gaming, short-form marketing, entertainment marketing, or agency/studio environments
- Experience mentoring or managing at least one junior team member
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable driving alignment and pushing back when necessary
- Genuine interest or passion for video games / gaming marketing
- U.S. work authorization (USC/GC)
- Direct gaming industry experience
- Experience in gaming or entertainment marketing agencies
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion a plus)
- Experience in theatrical, streaming, or interactive marketing environments
