OverviewAMA is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creatively driven Project Manager to support the development and global campaigns of our artists.
This role will work closely with senior executives and artist managers to oversee album rollouts, integrated marketing campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives across international markets. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates challenges before they arise, and can coordinate across multiple departments including PR, Radio, Marketing, Touring, Business Development, and A&R.

Key Responsibilities Project & Campaign Management- Lead artist projects from ideation through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
- Manage promotional campaigns across album releases, tours, partnerships, and global activations.
- Track milestones, identify risks, and proactively problem-solve.
- Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams (Management, Creative, A&R, Marketing) and external partners (labels, distributors, promoters, media).
- Ensure seamless information flow and alignment on priorities and execution.
- Communicate regularly with global label and distribution partners.
- Maintain strong working relationships across the international music ecosystem.
- Help facilitate cultural and market alignment between territories.
- Support executives and artist managers in implementing integrated marketing strategies.
- Oversee campaign workflows and efficiencies using project management tools (e.g., Workfront or similar).
- Identify growth opportunities for further artist development.
- Document processes and maintain organized project records.
- Monitor key deliverables across departments.
- Develop internal systems that improve operational efficiency.
- 3–5 years of experience in the music industry or related entertainment field, preferably within artist development, management, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of global music markets and cross-territory campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
- Fluency in Korean or Japanese required.
- Based in or willing to work within Los Angeles.
