Associate, Experiences & Growth

Location : hello
82 LA, HQ

Work Hours : M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across strategy and execution. You’ll support cross‑functional projects tied to live experiences, partnerships, and growth initiatives, helping turn plans into action.

• Support planning and execution of live experiences and events
• Assist with operational timelines, trackers, and documentation
• Support ticketing, merch, and experience‑related initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Prepare decks, summaries, and follow‑ups for cross‑functional projects
• Track deliverables and flag risks or dependencies early
• Assist with post‑event reporting and recaps

• 1‑3 years of experience in events, operations, or growth‑related roles
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple work streams in fast‑paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interested in music, culture, and live experiences
• Based in or able to work regularly in Los Angeles

• Experience working with live events, festivals, or experiential projects
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms, merch, or partnerships
• Experience in entertainment, media, or culture‑driven companies
