Position: Live-Action Ad Director (Performance Marketing)

Games. These platforms feature more than 10 unique mobile games, allowing players to switch seamlessly among casino, puzzle, action, card, math, and brain games. Currently in a period of hyper-growth, Avia Games has recently expanded to the UK, Germany, and other European countries. Hundreds of millions of tournaments are held every month.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end production of short-form, performance-driven video ads for our mobile games across international channels (scriptwriting, on-set filming, and post-production direction).
  • Partner closely with our Beijing-based creative team to execute high-quality live-action shoots in the US, including coordinating with US production crews, aligning on creative approaches, and supervising shoots on site to ensure strong delivery.
  • Bring strong creative thinking and continuously develop new ad concepts based on the game’s core hooks and platform-specific best practices.
  • Collaborate day-to-day with our Beijing UA (user acquisition) and video production teammates; analyze competitor creatives and trends, and regularly share insights on US culture and audience behavior to enrich our creative strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Lived in the US for 3+ years (study or work). Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with a strong understanding of US culture, lifestyle, and audience mindset.
  • Passionate about gaming and/or short-form video content.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Advertising, Marketing, Film/TV Production, Broadcasting, or a related field.
  • Strong communicator with excellent execution and follow-through. Comfortable collaborating across time zones and driving projects to completion with a Beijing-based team.
  • Deep interest in short-form platforms and trends (e.g., Tik Tok/Instagram Reels/You Tube Shorts), with a strong drive to create and share.
  • Preferred: 1–2 years of experience producing live-action performance ads for mobile games (UA creatives). Data-minded, goal-oriented, and comfortable iterating based on results.
