The Technical Production Coordinator will support technical and operational aspects of live and recorded events for the FOX family of brands, across multiple spaces on the FOX Lot as well as at off-site events. The Technical Production Coordinator will assist with technical operations, equipment tracking, event support, studio scheduling, crew scheduling and digital asset management while working closely with production teams and event staff.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where multiple projects may be active simultaneously. The Technical Production Coordinator serves as a key support role, helping ensure that technical resources, communications, and event/production logistics are organized and executed efficiently.

• Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
