The Tik Tok LIVE AMS Marketing team drives growth and cultural relevance for Tik Tok LIVE across the Americas. The team focuses on high-impact celebrity LIVE events and flagship IPs such as Tik Tok LIVE Premiere, creating must-watch moments that connect creators, celebrities, and fans in real time.

As the Celebrity Live Ops Manager, you will lead the end-to-end operations of celebrity-led LIVE events. You will help shape and scale marquee programs, from global Q&As and premiere moments to concert series and other high-visibility campaigns. This role will build repeatable operational models and strong execution standards to support partnerships with top-tier talent.

• Lead strategy and execution for high-profile celebrity LIVE sessions, premieres, and concert series.
• Own and optimize key LIVE performance metrics, including Peak Concurrent Users, unique viewers, and impressions.
• Drive traffic and growth strategies to maximize visibility and engagement for flagship events.
• Partner closely with Product, Traffic, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to improve LIVE features, tools, and event outcomes.
• Coordinate with talent representatives, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless event execution.
• Build and refine scalable operational frameworks and standard operating procedures for celebrity LIVE programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in live streaming operations, entertainment marketing, consulting, talent management, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale digital events, celebrity activations, or other high-visibility campaigns.
• Ability to build scalable operational processes and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $198360 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
