Experience as a Product Manager in mobile games;
Understanding of game design, including game loops, motivation, progression, retention, and monetization;
Ability to work with analytics and metrics;
Strong communication skills and understanding of software development;
Ability to work in uncertainty and make quick decisions;
Nice to have:
Experience in R&D, prototyping, or launching games from scratch, experience with casual, hybrid-casual, or puzzle games, technical or marketing background.

Work locations include Belarus, Cyprus, Poland, Russia, and Georgia.
