Job Description:
- Prepare and review monthly financial and development reports
- Supervise Project Accountants, and able to perform their works as needed
- Assist with project budget tracking and forecasting, and loan closing
- Work closely with the project manager and construction teams to track project costs
- Generate, update, and maintain job cost reports, and other Excel Schedules
- Ad Hoc reports and analysis as directed by upper management
- Yardi Voyager, Textura, Procore or similar software experience a plus
- Time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Great communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
