Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee global accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, inventory, and financial reporting
- Manage external and internal financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and analyze 13-week cash flow forecasts and maintain lender and equity sponsor relationships
- Lead external audit and tax compliance processes and supervise payroll and tax service providers
- Collaborate with the CFO and FP&A to monitor loan agreements and support strategic financial decisions
- Understand written procedures and apply detailed notes to perform tasks consistently
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills in financial documentation and reporting
- Solve complex financial and operational issues using analytical and leadership skills
- Use ERP systems with intermediate proficiency, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Perform advanced accounting tasks with strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Bring 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a director-level role
- Apply experience in manufacturing environments and preferably with PE-backed companies
- Prefer active CPA license and audit experience with a major public accounting firm
- Demonstrate experience with inventory and standard cost accounting, and international operations
