Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records to track assets, liabilities, profit/loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status, including performing monthly account reconciliations and analysis.
- Assist with annual audit preparations, maintain financial records for audits, and interface with auditors.
- Oversee the accurate batching and processing of weekly check requests.
- Perform month-end closing duties to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software is required.
- Familiarity with MIP Abila Financial Software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for summarizing and interpreting financial data.
- Proven experience in handling audits and maintaining compliance with audit requirements.
- Ability to perform detailed reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle month-end closing duties.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with auditors and internal teams.
