Los Angeles Office - Energy​/Project Finance Junior Associate

Overview

Winston's Renewable Energy Project Finance group is looking for junior associates to join its market leading practice. Such associates will have the opportunity to work on renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power and storage, including complex transactions involving construction financing, term loan finance, and back-leverage finances. General corporate experience is all that is necessary. Junior associates will be responsible for drafting exhibits and financial/corporate documents and be exposed to project documents and related diligence related to the construction and operation of the projects.

• Draft exhibits and financial/corporate documents.
• Be exposed to project documents and related diligence related to the construction and operation of renewable energy projects.

• General corporate experience is all that is necessary.
• All candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.

The Renewable Energy Project Finance group represents lenders in renewable energy financings (solar, wind, and battery storage) across the United States. Clients include nearly all the high-profile players in this growing and exciting space. The team has advised on transactions that have recently been recognized as "deals of the year" across multiple categories by such industry organizations as IJGlobal and Proximo.
