We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SBA Loan Closing Officer to join our team. You will coordinate and manage all aspects of closing SBA loans, applying your experience in compliance, loan processing, and customer service to help our business and clients succeed.

• Manage and oversee the closing process of SBA loans from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all SBA regulations and guidelines.
• Review and analyze loan applications and credit reports to determine borrower eligibility.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to gather necessary documentation and resolve issues during the closing process.
• Prepare and review closing documents, including loan agreements, title commitments, and insurance policies.
• Ensure all loans are closed and funded in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy and customer service.
• Stay updated on changes to SBA regulations and guidelines, and implement these changes in the loan closing process.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.

• 3-5 years of experience in SBA loan closing or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of SBA regulations and guidelines, plus general banking and finance principles.
• Proven experience in compliance with strong understanding of loan documentation and closing procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and loan management software.
