Frederick Fox (Los Angeles) is partnering with a nonprofit organization to hire a Sr. Grants Accountant in the Mid-City area.
Job Title:Sr. Grants Accountant
Reports To:
Controller Direct Reports:
None, will work on a 4-person team managing federal grants, finance, and billing Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 base
- Retirement – 403(b) plan with 5% employer match
- Time Away – 8 weeks of PTO and holidays, including holiday shutdown
- Healthcare – Monthly medical, dental, and vision premiums 100% paid by employer
- Prepare and submit grant reimbursement invoices to the city, state, and federal government
- Review grant agreements and submit financial reports per the grant requirements
- Monitor grant spending and ensure proper use of funds
- Maintain grant compliance and reporting requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
- 3 years of nonprofit accounting and grant management experience
- Strong experience with government grant receivables, invoicing, and compliance
- Understanding of nonprofit financial operations and reporting
