Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to quarterly and annual tax provision processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare and review federal and state tax filings, including income and franchise returns
- Analyze and reconcile fixed asset records, verifying additions and depreciation accuracy
- Support international tax compliance by preparing schedules for foreign entities and related forms
- Respond to tax-related inquiries from internal teams and external agencies
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- 1-2+ years of experience in corporate tax or general accounting
- Familiarity with ASC 740 and a solid grasp of GAAP principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
- Able to commute to the office at least three times per week and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tax projects
- Effective communication abilities for both written and verbal interactions across departments
- Experience with tax technology platforms such as Alteryx or Tableau is a plus
- Capable of conducting tax research and providing insights on regulatory changes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
