Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a leading global food consumer player who has expanded rapidly in 15 different markets globally. We are searching for a CFO to manage the newly spun off business, bring it to IPO and be responsible for full finance function of the newly formed company. He / she will also lead financial planning, oversee compliance, and drive IPO readiness.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Managing financial operations, developing governance frameworks and ensuring stake holder management.
• Corporate Finance – General Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Management and Cost Accounting, Business Strategy Development, Investor Relations and Risk Management, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets
• Successful track record in large, global corporations with experience in business transformation and developing regional or global teams. Proven track recording working with and managing corporate Board of Directors.

Competencies / Experience required:

• Visionary Thinking & Strategic Mindset with Operational Excellence particularly in Finance
• Total or more than 15 years of experience in commercial finance, managed finance function in a global multinational listed firm or large family listed business.
  Relevant Finance experience as US listed company CFO is a must.
• Previous experience from Investment banking is a good but must have CFO or FD responsibilities in a global American listed company.
• Proven ability for leading and developing high performance teams, building effective organization structure, plus building key relationships across all customers, partners and stakeholders - based on trust, dignity, respect, and fairness.
• Builds and maintains critical external relationships – banks, investment communities, financing sector
• Entrepreneurial, strong business acumen and have stakeholder management, ability to be a “true finance business partner” to different brand presidents.
• The ideal candidate must possess significant experience in financial leadership, particularly in preparing for public listings. CFOs with experience working on IPOs know how to communicate with stakeholders, implement a pre-IPO strategy, and prepare the company for the realities of going public.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English. Chinese language is a big plus.
