We are looking for a Senior Analyst to be the fifth member of the firm’s U.S. value add funds team. Based in Los Angeles, the Senior Analyst will assist Portfolio Managers and executive leadership in driving the performance and profitability of the firm’s flagship U.S. enhanced return fund series.

• Contribute to investment strategy and execution: acquisitions, dispositions, financings, business plan development, strategic leasing and capital investment decisions, Investment Committee recommendations and more
• Lead and manage key, recurring portfolio management processes, including:
  • Quarterly: valuations (appraisals) and portfolio reporting to internal and external clients/constituents; performance forecasting
  • Semi-annual: internal forecasting (underwriting) and portfolio reporting to a subset of the Americas Investment Committee
  • Annual: budgets and business plans
  • As part of the above: digest/summarize and make recommendations to the Portfolio Managers
• Responsibility for all aspects of portfolio modeling, for existing and future funds
• Collaborate with a wide range of teams including:
  • Acquisitions
  • Asset Management
  • Debt Capital Markets
  • Financial Operations and Investment Accounting & Reporting
  • Client Care and Client Solutions
  • Performance Analytics
  • Insights & Intelligence (Research)

• Respond to client inquiries and assist in capital raising, as needed
