Location: Based in Los Angeles or NY
Base: $90,000 – $175,000 (DOE) + Incentives
We are a boutique real estate investment firm with a diversified portfolio focused on multifamily and furnished extended-stay assets. We are active operators and value creators.
We are seeking a high-level acquisitions professional who can source, underwrite, execute, and help drive performance post-close.
What You’ll Do:- Drive business development and expand relationships with brokers, lenders, and owners.
- Source and underwrite multifamily opportunities, with a focus on value-add, distressed, foreclosure, and off‑market transactions.
- Build and analyze detailed investment models in Excel; evaluate returns, risk, and capital structures.
- Prepare investment memoranda and acquisition presentations directly for the CEO.
- Lead deals from initial outreach through LOI, due diligence, and closing.
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence applications for underwriting.
- Sit on asset management and work closely with asset management to ensure execution of the business plan.
- Be responsible, together with management, for meeting underwriting assumptions and achieving projected performance.
- Identify operational and financial trends and proactively adjust strategy.
- Participate in property sales and disposition processes.
- Ensure timelines, reporting, and execution standards are met.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and industry events.
- Contribute strategic thinking and market insight across the portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment, finance, or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling skills and fluency in real estate metrics (IRR, equity multiples, cap‑rates, debt structures, etc.).
- Ability to analyze financial statements and identify performance trends.
- Solid understanding of capitalization structures and deal execution.
- Existing industry relationships and networking capability.
- High ownership mentality with strong project management skills.
- Experience in commercial real estate or investment analysis.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools.
