Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close and consolidation process across domestic and international entities.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
- Develop financial models to support scenario planning, margin analysis, and business unit performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial tracking and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in improving financial systems, controls, and reporting processes for multi-entity structures.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP and intercompany eliminations.
- Apply advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills to financial analysis.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate financial data into strategic insights.
- Manage multiple priorities independently and solve problems using available tools and resources.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to reconcile results and maintain audit readiness.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Possess experience consolidating multiple entities, both domestic and international.
- Prefer experience in high-growth or startup environments with operational finance exposure.
- Show familiarity with accounting systems such as Quick Books or Xero and a willingness to learn new tools.
