We are seeking a full-time Tax Specialist for an on-site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Tax Specialist will handle tax planning, preparation, and compliance matters to provide expert tax assistance to clients.

Daily responsibilities include advising clients on tax-saving opportunities, assisting with IRS and state tax resolutions, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of tax filings. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws and regulations while working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

• Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation practices
• Strong knowledge of Tax Law and regulations
• Experience with general Tax and Finance principles
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or EA designation is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
