We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Finance Manager to join the Studios Finance team. As a Manager, Finance, you will serve as a key driver of financial excellence and support strategic decision‑making across the organization. This role offers an opportunity for individuals with an affinity for finance to contribute meaningfully within a collaborative team environment. You will play an integral part in ensuring the company’s financial operations are proficient and effective while gaining valuable experience and professional development.

We seek a foresighted team player who is open to innovative ideas and willing to provide fresh perspectives that help advance our organizational objectives. Additionally, this role will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize resource allocation, and support business growth in a dynamic environment.

  • Lead financial planning activities such as monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑range plans for development and overhead
  • Analyze financial performance and provide variance explanations against actuals, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee financial operations for term deals and projects, including expense tracking, reconciliations, and project close‑outs
  • Manage and review journal entries and support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes related to development
  • Partner closely with creative, production, business affairs, and legal teams to support project planning and ad‑hoc financial analysis
  • Direct reserve analysis and ensure reliable financial reporting for development
  • Provide financial reporting and insights for senior management to support greenlight decisions, resource planning, and portfolio management
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience in the entertainment industry is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Oracle, Smart View, or Entertainment Partner system preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative, self‑motivated, and an exemplary communicator

Hiring Salary Range: $ – $.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

This position is bonus eligible.
