Who are we?

We are a team of experts with a strong heritage in soft flooring. We create, develop, and produce sustainable floor coverings for premium commercial and residential applications. Our three leading brands are ITC, Modulyss, and Bentley. Our 1,000 colleagues work at our headquarters in Waregem or at one of our production sites in Tielt, Zele, or Los Angeles.

To further strengthen our finance department, we are looking for a Business Controller with a strong analytical mindset, a hands‑on approach, and the drive to make an impact on the business.

• Supporting the month‑end closing and preparation of monthly financial reporting
• Analyzing and monitoring fixed costs and budgets, including detecting and explaining variances
• Contributing ideas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
• Supporting business partnering for HR, IT, and Finance by providing relevant financial insights
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and acting as a financial sparring partner
• Monitoring and reporting on CAPEX investments and safeguarding investment budgets
• Supporting product costing and operational‑level cash flow forecasting
• Contributing to reliable financial information and the continuous improvement of financial processes

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or audit
• Experience in a business partnering role is a strong asset
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with a hands‑on mindset
• Strong stakeholder management with a results‑oriented attitude
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial reporting, and experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, SAC, etc.)
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
