Salary Range: $95,400-$208,300/annually

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented individual with:

Required:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8 years progressive experience or training in financial analysis or related disciplines
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling techniques
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions and sophisticated spreadsheet‑based analytical techniques
• Experience with enterprise financial systems, such as ERP platforms such as Workday or comparable tools
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Deep understanding of internal controls and financial compliance
• Demonstrated independent judgment to resolve complex financial issues
• Strong collaborator with proven success working across cross‑functional stakeholders
• Skill in leveraging financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making and business growth

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5 or more years of experience in health care or managed care finance
