• Financial Analysis: Perform monthly variance analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
• Forecasting: Lead monthly P&L forecasts (Actual + Remaining Year) and quarterly cash/capital expenditure projections.
• Operations Partnership: Prepare and present performance slide decks for Operations Meetings, providing clear commentary on financial drivers.
• Metric Tracking: Manage weekly KPI tracking and assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
• Process Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within the department.
• Core Accounting: Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

• Experience: 5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience specifically within a Manufacturing environment
  . (Aerospace or Defense experience is highly preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. CPA or CMA is a significant plus.

  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tier 1 ERP systems (SAP/Hana) and advanced reporting tools is preferred.
