Purpose:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision support. This role will work closely with Accounting, Operational leaders, and Executive Management to drive financial discipline, improve visibility into performance, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with business partnership capability. This is an on-site role.

• Key participant in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and scenario analysis
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and KPI tracking
• Support liquidity planning and working capital analysis
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate investments, cost initiatives, and strategic opportunities
• Assist with board materials and investor reporting support as needed
• Support debt compliance reporting and covenant monitoring
• Identify process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
• Advanced Excel and Financial modeling expertise
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems preferred
• Understanding of GAAP financial statements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MBA is a plus

• This is an on-site role.
• Extensive periods of sitting and computer use.
• Willingness to work beyond a standard 40-hour workweek.
