Pay: $110,000 to $120,000 annually

Experience:

5 years of experience in law firm FP&A or similar experience in an analytical role in a professional services environment to develop and maintain financial models, prepare forecasts, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic law firm client!

• Build and maintain complex financial models, analyze financial results, and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights for strategic decisions, evaluate potential investments, and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company’s financial health and performance.
• Enhance and automate financial reporting tools and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling skills.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills with outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and bring intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking.
