Private Equity Associate​/Senior Associate - Software

We are seeking a Senior Associate to take on a visible, high-impact role across the full investment lifecycle. This individual will lead key work streams, think like an owner, and contribute meaningfully to investment decisions and portfolio value creation.

• Leading evaluation and underwriting of new investment opportunities
• Conducting differentiated industry research and developing investment theses
• Building and reviewing complex financial models and valuation analyses
• Managing due diligence processes and coordinating external advisors
• Preparing and presenting investment committee materials
• Supporting portfolio companies on strategic, operational, and reporting initiatives
• Mentoring junior team members and strengthening team culture

• 3–6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling and transaction execution experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
• High attention to detail with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Demonstrated track record of achievement
