RoleWe are seeking a Senior Associate to take on a visible, high-impact role across the full investment lifecycle. This individual will lead key work streams, think like an owner, and contribute meaningfully to investment decisions and portfolio value creation.
Responsibilities include:- Leading evaluation and underwriting of new investment opportunities
- Conducting differentiated industry research and developing investment theses
- Building and reviewing complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating external advisors
- Preparing and presenting investment committee materials
- Supporting portfolio companies on strategic, operational, and reporting initiatives
- Mentoring junior team members and strengthening team culture
- 3–6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
- Strong financial modeling and transaction execution experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- High attention to detail with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Demonstrated track record of achievement
