Responsible for management and oversight of the collection process to ensure accurate account receivable aging and collectability of invoices.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years in high volume collections.
• License or Certification: N/A.
• Specialized
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel;
  Ability to analyze data and report on trends;
  Understanding of liens and noticing processes;
  Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams;
  Ability to define and implement policy and procedures;
  Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to sit most of the working day.

• Oversee the invoice-to-cash cycle, including managing deduction, credits, write-offs and resolving unapplied cash.
• Strategic oversight of the AR aging reports to identify any “at-risk” accounts, initiate collection efforts.
• Provide leadership and training to staff on collection policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Work closely with administrative staff on all credit memos, rebills, billing errors to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
• Develop and report on KPIs and metrics around DSO, customer payment trend, “at-risk” accounts.
• Review customer payment portals to ensure invoices are loaded timely and any discrepancies are communicated and resolved timely.
• Participate in weekly collection calls with branch managers as needed.

Please note that the salary information shown below is provided in compliance with state specific laws. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations, and therefore may be different in other locations or operating divisions.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000
