JOB SUMMARYResponsible for management and oversight of the collection process to ensure accurate account receivable aging and collectability of invoices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting is preferred. - Experience:
3-5 years in high volume collections. - License or Certification: N/A.

Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel;
Ability to analyze data and report on trends;
Understanding of liens and noticing processes;
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams;
Ability to define and implement policy and procedures;
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. - Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit most of the working day.
- Oversee the invoice-to-cash cycle, including managing deduction, credits, write-offs and resolving unapplied cash.
- Strategic oversight of the AR aging reports to identify any “at-risk” accounts, initiate collection efforts.
- Provide leadership and training to staff on collection policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with administrative staff on all credit memos, rebills, billing errors to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
- Develop and report on KPIs and metrics around DSO, customer payment trend, “at-risk” accounts.
- Review customer payment portals to ensure invoices are loaded timely and any discrepancies are communicated and resolved timely.
- Participate in weekly collection calls with branch managers as needed.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000
