A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Corporate Finance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting firmwide financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and provides an opportunity to contribute to high-impact financial decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain financial forecasts related to revenue, expenses, and cash flow across corporate and business unit levels
- Review historical financial performance and identify trends that influence overall business results
- Assist with the annual planning cycle, including budgeting and analysis of operating resources across teams
- Participate in the quarterly close process with a focus on reporting and analytics related to firmwide metrics
- Develop financial analyses and presentation materials used in communications with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Support corporate finance initiatives by preparing analytical materials for financing partners and related counter parties
- Evaluate potential strategic initiatives and provide financial insight into new business opportunities
- Analyze profitability across different segments of the business, including cost allocation and margin performance
- Prepare financial analyses that support internal reporting packages and external disclosures
- 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, or consulting
- Prior exposure to financial services, investment management, or related industries is preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skill set with experience working with large financial datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Understanding of financial statements and key accounting principles
- Experience with financial planning systems (such as Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA preferred
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
