Senior Collections Specialist

Job Description

We have partnered with a multi-office litigation firm that is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist for their Los Angeles office. The position is based out of downtown Los Angeles and is on-site 5 days. You will work with firm management, attorneys, staff at all levels and vendors. You will be working with the Director of Finance and responsible for collection of firm's accounts receivables and other firm receivables.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in a law firm
• Excellent time management, organization, accuracy and consistency
• Associates Degree in related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Ability to communicate with various levels of firm management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as a team
