My client, a top-25 CPA and Advisory firm, is currently seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager in multiple locations, including Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York. This position will support the firm’s rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services group. This team conducts due diligence and supports clients across a wide range of industries.
Responsibilities- Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from both private equity and strategic corporate buyers
- Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries
- Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines
- Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management
