Paul Hastings' Global Finance team is seeking Mid‑Level Associates with at least three years of experience to join the firm’s market‑leading practice. Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. Asset‑based lending experience is a plus but not required. The group’s clients include high‑profile bank and nonbank lenders such as private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine funds, and hedge funds.
Associates may sit in our Los Angeles or Orange County office. Strong academic credentials, law‑firm experience, and admission to the California Bar are required.
