Loan Coordinator Supervisor

Legions Capital Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan Opening Desk / Loan Setup Supervisor to oversee the loan setup process and ensure files are accurately prepared for submission. This role is ideal for someone with strong Non-QM wholesale lending knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on experience with Encompass.

• Manage and oversee the loan setup and loan opening process from submission through processing.
• Review incoming broker submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure all required documentation is collected and uploaded into Encompass.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, Account Managers, Processors, Underwriters, and Operations staff.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers regarding file setup and submission requirements.
• Monitor pipeline flow and maintain service-level expectations.
• Train and support team members on loan setup procedures and best practices.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and file quality.
• Maintain compliance with company, investor, and regulatory guidelines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Processor, Wholesale Account Manager, Loan Setup Specialist, or similar mortgage operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM wholesale lending products

• Advanced proficiency with Encompass LOS

• Experience working directly with mortgage brokers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• $50,000–$55,000 annual salary
