** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Assist in monthly close and reporting processes
* Support forecasting and budgeting activities
* Prepare variance analysis reports and summarize key trends
* Maintain and update financial models and KPI dashboards
* Support analysis on:  + Marketing performance (e.g., CAC)  + Sales performance and commissions  + Operating expenses and efficiency initiatives
* Compile data for management and board reporting
* Perform ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support decision-making
** Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
*** 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, advisory/consulting, or banking
* Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Eagerness to learn and grow in FP&A
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Internship or experience in fintech or startups
* Exposure to financial modeling or analytics tools
* Familiarity with financial statements and KPIs

** Compensation Range
** The US base salary range for this full-time position is $83,700-$104,100annually.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
