This is an opportunity to become a key member of a lean, entrepreneurial investment team with meaningful responsibility across the full investment lifecycle. The firm has developed a highly differentiated, data-driven investment approach supported by proprietary analytics across sourcing, underwriting, and asset management.

The platform focuses on providing customized financing solutions to middle-market transitional commercial real estate investments, partnering with institutional-quality sponsors across a diverse range of property types and strategies. This role offers significant responsibility, direct interaction with senior investment professionals, and the opportunity to help scale a well-established real estate credit platform.

Responsibilities

• Deal sourcing and screening
• Financial underwriting and investment analysis
• Portfolio and asset management
• Investment committee materials and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-6 years of total professional experience, including: 2+ years of investment banking experience plus 2+ years of real estate private equity, real estate credit, commercial real estate lending, or a related investing platform
• Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate investing and credit markets
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
