VP​/FVP Portfolio Manager - Media & Entertainment

We're partnering with a growing commercial bank seeking to add a VP/FVP Portfolio Manager to its Media & Entertainment Banking team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newer specialized lending platform focused on financing a diverse portfolio of clients across media and entertainment industries with a plan to rapidly expand. The Portfolio Manager will underwrite new transactions, manage an existing portfolio, and partner closely with Relationship Managers on complex lending opportunities while supporting the continued growth of the platform.

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of Media & Entertainment lending relationships with transaction sizes ranging from $10MM-$50MM+.
• Perform detailed cash flow analysis, borrowing base analysis, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Structure, underwrite, and manage syndicated, bilateral, and participation loan transactions.
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers throughout the credit approval and transaction execution process while maintaining direct client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal product partners to identify opportunities for deposits, treasury management, foreign exchange, and interest rate products.

• 5-10+ years of commercial banking, portfolio management, underwriting, or credit experience.
• Experience with cash flow lending and borrowing base facilities.
• Experience underwriting middle market or commercial lending transactions.
• Prior experience with syndicated lending, participation loans, or complex commercial credits is preferred.
• Media & Entertainment lending experience is highly preferred.
