A leading structured finance and digital infrastructure practice is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its growing team in New York, Los Angeles or Charlotte offices. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with a market-leading partner advising issuers, borrowers, financial institutions, underwriters, and institutional investors on complex asset-backed securitization, structured lending, private credit, and digital infrastructure financing transactions.

The practice has a particular focus on data center and fintech financing transactions and is at the forefront of the rapidly evolving digital infrastructure sector.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for securitization and structured finance transactions.
• Support asset-backed financing, private credit, warehouse facilities, and structured lending transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate transaction execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Work directly with clients, lenders, investors, underwriters, and opposing counsel.
• Advise on financing structures involving digital infrastructure, including data centers and technology-focused platforms.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.

• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, leveraged finance, private credit, or capital markets.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience managing transaction work streams and interacting with clients.
• Admitted to practice in state resides in or eligible for admission.
• Interest in digital infrastructure, data centers, technology, and innovative financing structures.
