Arc targets diversified sectors (retail, multifamily, industrial) in the middle‑market space ($30 – $150 million in gross asset value) that typically exhibit value‑add business plans.
- Financial modeling of new and existing investments
- Conduct due diligence and manage the closing process of new investments
- Prepare Investment Committee memos and investor reporting to capital partners
- Review and analyze operating performance of owned assets
- Prepare quarterly / annual reports and assist in budget review process
- Implement property‑level business plans
- Assemble and review economic, demographic and other market information
- An intellectually curious, resourceful and proactive team player
- BS/BA required. Ideally suited for those with strong leadership, financial and analytical skills
- Minimum 3 – 6 years of professional experience in commercial real estate / investment banking
- Significant experience with Excel / financial modeling. Knowledge of Argus a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
