Job Description
Responsible for retention and growth of medium to large size high net worth client relationships. Builds a team of Banking, Trust, and Investment professionals around the client to meet and exceed client needs. Incumbent is a highly seasoned financial industry expert capable of handling complex wealth and relationship management issues, providing counsel and expert advice in all areas of Wealth Management.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and a background check. Failure to maintain NMLS registration may result in rescission of offer or termination of employment.
Responsibilities- Retention and growth of high net worth client relationships.
- Build and manage a team of Banking, Trust, and Investment professionals.
- Provide counsel and expert advice in all areas of Wealth Management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including NMLS registration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in high and ultra-high net worth client wealth management activities.
- Excellent relationship management, networking, and business development skills.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. Bancorp Banking, Trust, and Investment products and services.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to make critical decisions independently.
- Professional designation such as CFA or CFP preferred.
- Extraordinary talent for driving business.
- Ability to partner with colleagues to identify and service unique clients' needs.
This role is hybrid. Team members spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, with flexibility on work location for the other days.
