Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid 2-3x/week in DTLA – Full Remote after training)
Pay Rate: $30-40.00 / hour W2
Core Systems: FIS Horizon, Digital One Commercial (D1C), Montran
The OpportunityAre you a banking operations professional with a strong background in wire transfers and foreign exchange (FX) processing? Our client, a premier global financial institution, is looking for a skilled and adaptable Cash Management & Wire Operations Specialist to join their LA-based team.
This is a dynamic, "hat-wearing" role where you will rotate across Wire Operations, FX Processing, and Treasury Back Office. As the bank undergoes a major digital transformation (migrating to FIS D1C and Montran), you will be at the forefront of the most modern core banking technology in the industry while serving as a subject matter expert on wire routing and currency exchange.
Key Responsibilities- Wire Transfer Processing & Repair:
Execute, monitor, and repair high-value domestic (Fedwire) and international (SWIFT) wire transfers, ensuring absolute accuracy and strict adherence to cutoff times. - Foreign Exchange (FX) Support:
Facilitate and verify FX transactions, multi-currency account transfers, and international payment routing. - Cash Management Ops:
Support the lifecycle of cash products, including account analysis, billing (FIS Horizon), and statement management (FCM). - Client Advisory & Support:
Provide personable, high-level support to commercial customers via phone/email regarding complex wire transfers, FX rate inquiries, and online banking migrations. - System Migration Support:
Assist with the transition of wire and cash platforms from legacy systems (Dragonfly, Pay+) to Digital One Commercial (D1C) and Montran. - Treasury Back Office:
Assist with daily reconciliations, OFAC/compliance screening, and treasury operational tasks to ensure seamless end-of-day processing.
- Experience:
2+ years of direct experience in Wire Operations and Foreign Exchange (FX) processing within a commercial or corporate banking environment. - The Technical Must-Haves:
Hands-on experience initiating, clearing, or repairing international wires (SWIFT) and executing multi-currency transactions. - Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with FIS Horizon, Pay+, Montran, or Dragonfly is highly valued. - Customer-Centric Edge: A personable professional who can confidently walk a corporate client through a complex wire routing or platform transition issue.

- Path to 100% Remote:
Once you are fully trained and integrated into the team (on a 2-3x/week hybrid schedule in DTLA), you will have the opportunity to transition to a fully remote schedule. - Modern Tech Stack:
