Job Description & How to Apply Below
Senior Associate
District Partners is partnering with a growing RIA in Century City that is looking to add a Senior Associate to its wealth management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and wants to grow within client relationship management, wealth operations, and financial planning support.
If you're looking for a path outside of becoming a Financial Advisor, but still want meaningful exposure to sophisticated planning and investment work, this role is worth a conversation.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for UHNW clients.
- Manage client onboarding, money movement, account maintenance, and operational requests.
- Prepare client meeting materials and assist advisors with financial planning initiatives.
- Perform financial modeling, Excel analysis, and support ongoing planning projects.
- Partner with advisors, custodians, accountants, attorneys, and other client professionals to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Help improve workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Have:
- 5+ years of wealth management or senior client service experience.
- Strong understanding of taxable, retirement, and trust accounts.
- Experience with client onboarding, money movement, account maintenance, and custodial platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Fidelity and/or Schwab is a plus.
- Series 65 preferred (or willingness to obtain). Series 63 or 66 also considered.
Why This Opportunity?
- Support a collaborative advisory team managing approximately $2.5B in assets.
- Greater exposure to financial planning and analytical work than a traditional Client Service role.
- Long-term career growth within client relationship management and operations.
- Competitive compensation, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
- Team-first culture with strong mentorship and opportunities to grow internally.
