Director of Finance

Director of Finance – Growth & Integration (Onsite 3x/wk in Los Angeles)

Reports to: VP of Finance

We're seeking a Director of Finance to help lead M&A, financial planning, and integration efforts for a fast-growing healthcare services organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership on acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and post-close integration, while also overseeing core FP&A functions. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys both deal work and building scalable financial infrastructure.

• Lead financial due diligence on acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
• Build underwriting models, cash flow projections, and valuation analyses
• Coordinate diligence with legal, lenders, and outside advisors
• Evaluate operational, regulatory, and reimbursement risk during deal review
• Lead post-close financial integration and transition planning

• Drive cross-functional projects spanning finance, operations, HR, and compliance
• Support organizational redesign and infrastructure scaling efforts
• Deliver financial and operational analysis for executive decision-making

• Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and debt covenant compliance
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting for executive leadership
• Partner with operations to improve margin and efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years in a financial leadership role
• 3+ years of M&A or transaction advisory experience, ideally in healthcare
• Background in healthcare operations (skilled nursing, senior living, or post-acute care a plus)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with lenders, debt structures, and financing transactions
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to executive leadership
